Ditto what the others said. This is the way tmobile does it.
By the way, I don't know if all tmobile blackberrys got the new bookmark layout with service books or not. If it is not the wau Dinan described, then I bet the bookmark is still t-zones.
And also, you can get to the same places bookmarked by lauching the wap browser via the t-zones icon on the applications screen and navigating to the desired pages.
That said, there are still things you can't do from the blackberry, like edit the email auto signature.
Still, the things you can do from the handheld are pretty cool, and it will only improve.
