Why is t-mobile.com not accessable from the Blackberry?

I tried to enter t-mobile.com and my.tmobile.com from the default browser and wifi browser and got this message that said "We're sorry but T-mobile is not accessable from your Blackberry. Please visit T-mobile from a pc."

Alternatively, you can visit your BIS site for TMo from the BB, use the email setup link icon, if you need.

if you havent changed any bookmarks from the blackberry browser, you can access your t-mobile account and other t-mobile related stuff by going to: bookmarks > carrier bookmarks. they have a link for BIS and account info etc...

i say if you haven't changed any bookmarks because i do not know the direct addresses

Wirelessly posted (8700g)

Ditto what the others said. This is the way tmobile does it.

By the way, I don't know if all tmobile blackberrys got the new bookmark layout with service books or not. If it is not the wau Dinan described, then I bet the bookmark is still t-zones.

And also, you can get to the same places bookmarked by lauching the wap browser via the t-zones icon on the applications screen and navigating to the desired pages.

That said, there are still things you can't do from the blackberry, like edit the email auto signature.

Still, the things you can do from the handheld are pretty cool, and it will only improve.

Thanks friends, here's an update. On a hunch I installed the opera mini browser and was able to login into the t-mobile account.
