Hi, I have a BB 8300 and all of a sudden my calender events wont pop up, wont notify me.

I configured the profile to vibrate and ring, and it still doesnt alert me, when i insert an event with notification 45 min before or other.

Is there a master configuration that steps the profile?

Look again at your Profiles > Advanced > Active Profile > Menu > Edit.

Check your settings for the Calendar, both IN and OUT of holster, and make sure they are not muted, etc.

If all else fails--pull the battery and reboot the device... fixes the simplest of glitches.

I cant find anything in options or master options... Seems odd that you cant put anything in from 45 mins before the alert...
I guess maybe it relies on you having a memory good enough for 45 mins?

I don't think you need to reset anything to new.

Now--create a calendar event-- Calendar > Menu > New.

In that event, make CERTAIN you are setting the REMINDER with a date and time.

My tasks work! They let me set the notification alarm with date and time.

My meetings event, lets me set the begining and finish hour and my notifications only minutes or hours before warning. I create diferent meetings and nothing happends.

I just came from the support service from the company provider and they updated the software. Now it works!!
