Just got the BB and have a few questions. How do i create an email which i can resend over and over to different addresses? i am a real estate agent and when i meet a new client i would like to send them a welcome email with a bunch of info.

Also, is there any software (free) that i can use that is good for writing my appointments on the computer and transfering those appointments onto my BB?

options > advanced > autotext
you can replace welcome1 with whatever text you want. then when you type welcome1 and press space, whatever you wanted to replace it with is pasted in.

If you have microsoft office use Outlook, it syncs the best with the device.

anything other then outlook? all i want to do is add appointments on the pc and then hook up my BB and get it all transfered.

Im trying to get google mobile to work, but it says that i have to visit mobile.google.com on my BB. I dont have internet access on my BB... I only have email access and a voice plan. Anyone know how i can get the google calendar to sync with the BB without the need for me to access the internet via the BB?

Pretty sure that syncs wireless, could be wrong but if it does you need a data plan. Outlook is your best bet.

You won't be able to sync without a data plan. I mean, the data to sync has to be transmitted somehow. AFAIK there are no wireless sync apps that use email or voice calls to sync.

Are you asking if you can sync to anything other than Outlook? If you look in the sync settings in Desktop Manager you'll see the supported PIM apps. I'd recommend using Outlook. For one thing, you're more likely to find useful support here if you go with it.
