As far as I know, you can't, except what you can see using the media application. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

There really is not a file explorer for the internal memory except for media files sotred on the device and memory card if you have one.

http://ota.rovemobile.com has a free program called Mobile File Manager that lets you explore files on you device memory and media card.
