Angry HELP Upgrade 8310 PROBLEM

Please Login to Remove!

While in the process of upgrading my OS I received an error message something about unable to complete upgrade restore. However when my phone was in process of restarting it will not come back on and has the red LED flashing continually. I pull the battery and same thing. What have I done and what can I do?

Default USB does not recognize

I will try it but I need another step before this. My computer now does not recognize by phone when I have it plugged into the USB port
