Upgraded and downgraded and now won't boot.

On the restart of re-installing 4.2 the icon just spins and nothing comes up on the screen. Did a battery pull but no change. Any recommendations?

That did it -- thanks whew! Huge ordeal folks. Took forever and many wipe attempts. BUT and there's a big butt coming, to peak at 4.5 was awesome. The email app looks better and of course Youtube! Noticed many different types of video (cnn, fox news, yahoo etc) just errored out and didn't work. Some things did, but others didn't. Most of the 3rd party apps didn't work and opera couldn't connect. Not worth the headache installing and re-installing unless you are really curious LOL. 4.5 fixes some browser things and overall looks better. It will be a stunning OS when it's released officially.

I have heard that if you don't install Documents to Go that some apps will not work. Don't know what the relationship is there, but seems to be the case.
