blackberry sync with macbook (entourage)

I am trying to sync my blackberry 8310 with a new macbook and in particular microsoft entourage software. the 'dam' machine says 'could not locate microsoft entourage office syncronisation tool.
Please help me, its driving me crazy.

Try posting/checking in the MAC section. Or better yet, do a search. This has been covered several times.
