Oh no by AOL software I didn't mean like an app on the BB, I meant the AOL program on the computer, vs. aol.com (webmail).
I actually tried setting up mine with my old AOL email address and everything worked like it is supposed to. Something is just funky with her phone and I am not sure what! Now she is getting TONS of those RIM emails sent to her inbox over and over (Subject: RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2). This is so frustrating!

But from what I understand you can't use AOL on BES. AOL has nothing to do with BES according to BB and some other threads I have read. I don't know....
