I just purchased my 8330. I have installed the desktop software and sucessfully sync'd up with my outlook. I spent hours cleaning up my address book and then tried to sync it. I made a mistake when setting up this sync and lost data. Is there any way to restore the lost data with the logfile or something like that? Thanks!

No. I have no backups. Like I said stupidity. I just uploaded a CSV file into outlook. Then i proceeded to go into my contacts and clean it up. I wanted to sync it so that no data would go back from the blackberry. Instead i set it up wrong and it deleted everything that was in outlook and put the info from the blackberry in outlook.

Awww man.....that wasn't anything stupid. I was looking forward to take this one and run with it.

You may have lost the clean-up work but you still have the .CSV file right? Not everything is lost...

True. I didnt loose everything. The most painful loss is the loss of some of my outlook contact info.
