Default Any way to get Flash 8 to run on 4.2?

Any way to get Flash 8 to run on 4.2? Like to be able to watch flash video on the 4.2 OS.

I'd like to put my vote for getting Adobe to do away with that page congestion tool altogether. Flash hit its peak with the Hamster-in-a-microwave movie, and has been in decline from that lofty summit ever since.

It's unfortunate that there's few good alternatives to Flash for rich content.

With BBs being Java devices, I'd love to see more Java usage instead of Flash/Ajax/Silverlight/etc... since we've already got Java loaded, our devices don't suffer through the "Java lag" that most browsers do.
