Default Need help on Verizon Backup assistant

Please Login to Remove!

Is it possible to transfer my Address book from Verizon online backup to my Curve?

When I got my Curve at the Verizon store they did it there. they moved the Q's outlook to my Curve. They should beable to move it from the phone, I guess.

backup assistant only works with regular handsets not enhanced handsets. when you switch to the curve it will be useless. just make sure to transfer the contacts to your curve from whatever other phone you had before, then back it up every so often to your desktop.

I'm screwed on this, too. BU assistant won't talk to the BB. I'm gonna go into a store on the weekend and see if they can do it. Otherwise it's gonna take me forever to type in all this contact info. this is a suck...
