Default Going from 7250 enterprise to Curve personal on Verizon

I have all my contacts and note pad on my 7250 which is on the enterprise though a business account which I am getting out of. I just ordered a Curve via Verizon for my personal non-business account. Is there a way to transfer the contacts and other data to the new Curve.

Since I had the enterprise, I never loaded any program onto my computer or had to sync in anyway.

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

Will your personal device be on BES as well?

I am novice to technology. What is a BES? I think from speaking with Verizon, that I will load a program onto my computer in order to update and sync data with my Curve.

You should be able to move them across, the desktop manger should do it, if not Verizon can do it at the retail shop
