I have the Sprint 8330 and my memory is perfectly sufficient. I am having this same issue. I have tried a hard reset a few times. Are there any other options or do I need a new phone?

It's not a phone issue. It's an application issue.

What applications are you running. What is "perfectly sufficient" memory?

Did you try the steps mentioned in posting #2 above?

File Free is 44041463

I just run the basics. Aim, Brickbreaker, Web, BBM, Somtimes Music store. But I make sure to close out everything.

When all my logs got erased last night, the phone had nothing but Browser, Text, BBM and Call Log.

I have not tried any steps because my memory has never been close to Zero.

It does not have to be close to zero to have your logs and messages erase themselves.

I thought if the memory showed low. Well in that case your saying follow some of the steps above and see if it works?

Yes. Even if you're not having any problems it's a good idea to pull the battery with the phone turned on every so often to reboot it.
