ATT is sending me an exchange for a busted Curve (8300) - anyone know if I'll get the exact same device or if there's any chance/luck of getting an 8310 as a replacement? Or do they seem to still have 8300's in stock for replacements?

Curious what anyone else has experienced with this process.

Probably a good chance you will get an 8310. But if there are any 8300's to send that's what ypu will get

I would say you have a 95% chance of getting an 8300. . Probably higher. They always seem to have plenty of stock. That said, when my red 8310 died, they were more than happy to send me a Titanium one

Good call - I got the 8300. But it's still nice to have a shiny new one - that works!

Have to applaud ATT, this was a pretty painless exchange and only took a little over 24 hours.
