Default Desktop Manager (3800)

Please Login to Remove!

I installed it along with Roxio and have found it quite easy to use except I can't figure out one thing. I'm pretty sure there's a way to import pictures from the phone to the PC right, isn't there? Whenever I try to drag the pictures from the Roxio manager it doesn't let me.

I think Roxio is Music.

Store the pictures on the SD card and then put the SD card in your PC and transfer that way if DM doesn't do it.

Your BB can use a SD (secure Digital) media card to store stuff on it.

I use the USB cable to transfer stuff via desktop manager too. Try that.

I tried using it but I'm not sure what exactly to use. I open up my photos folder and try to drag it to my desktop and it's blocked or something. Do you have to buy this SD media card?

If that is the case then I suggest you read the user guide and the FAQ. That should get you stared and answer many of your questions.

If you haven't purchased a media card then you don't have one -- they don't come with one. If you're storing media on the BB you really should have one as media files will quickly consume device memory and you'll have problems (data disappearing, etc).
