Default Problem with attachments

I have searched...new to BB with a Crurve 8330 from Alltel, and for the most part, I love it! Can't seem to get the attachment thing figured out. I have installed the Desktop Manager and use the Redirector to get e-mails from my Exchange server. Someone suggested to install the 3rd party app Attachment Services on the DM, but I can't find the app to install. It is not an option when I open DM Application Loader.

I can see from an e-mail that there is 1 Attachment listed in the header, I can highlight it, but I don't get a menu option to open it. Any wisdom to impart on this issue??

Are you using desktop manager with the usb cable?
Make sure you open the zipped files and remember where you saved it so you can find it with the desktop manager application loader.
