Please Login to Remove!

Hello.
I just got my new BB8320 and when I configured the phone password something was depressed and now I cannot unblock the phone (I dont know the password). The BB is without line. The phone is blocked, not the SIM card.
Can any boby please help me? Only left 3 chances!!!!!

Unless you can somehow remember the password or what was pressed you wont be able to get around it.

Any chance that you have recently backed the device up? (if not, start doing it on a weekly basis)

Other than that, wipe the device and start over, its a pain if you havent recently backed it up, but it is about your only option right now.

I give it 1 or 2 replies before this thread gets locked.

I seem to recall a few threads being locked when folks asked how to bypass a security feature.

We won't close a thread for someone asking for help on a locked BB. if we think someone has stolen a device and then we simply try to convince folks to do the right thing.

The phone will unlock when you have entered the 10th try. You will LOSE ALL DATA but the phone will be fully functional again and you can change the password or chose not to have one.

Question thanks for the help

I swear is not stolen!..... I bought it in amazon 2 days ago!..
are you 100% sure it will unlocked after the 10th chance??... I bought the BB in the US and now I am in Venezuela, so I have no chance at all to get to talk or send the BB back to the provider...

I haven't used the 2 chances left yet... I'm scared it will be locked for good!

It will not lock for good, it will just erase everything on it, and then reboot with the factory settings it came with.

Poor memory. Threads about bypassing IT Policies on corporate owned BlackBerrys are frowned upon.
