Default Unable to forward sync to Calendar with BES - 05-14-2008, 11:27 AM

Hi guys I`m new on this forum.
I have a BES Express version. I`m new to this version because I have always worked with the Enterprise one (more options).
The problem is, I have a user and only one with a 8300 model, that is unable to double syncro.
If she put an appointment in the Outlook 2003 calendar, the appointment comes into BB but if she puts the appointment into BB it don`t go into Outlook.
Do you know why?

Did she upgrade from an older one on the BES? If so, I had an 8703e and upgraded to a curve. They didn't delete me on the BES just reactivated me and I had all sorts of issues (it didn't update all my service books). However, after they deleted me on the BES and then reactivated me, everything started working (it downloaded all new service books).

Event Category: None
Event ID: 20216
Date: 5/16/2008
Time: 4:10:24 PM
User: N/A
Computer: BLABLABLA
Description:
{ccc@xx.ww} Synchronize() failed: ERR_FAIL, Tag=556690

Default Adjust the rights - 06-21-2008, 07:52 PM

I have solved in the advanced panel of right permit.
You have to be sure the have the right permit to the BESAdmin, but remeber that if you have both Deny and Allow, always deny overwrite. So remove all the deny permit that you have in the main e-mail folder in exchange, to the BESAdmin.
