hey guys my bb is dying my mini usb were i plug in my charger is loose and will not charge unless it is press down also i little peice of what i think its heat sink paper fell out and i struggling to charge my bb i was wonder if there is anyway i could fix this or a thought of buying a craddle to charge my blackberry but does that use the mini usb ????? i am a neewbie to bbs to pleasseeee help

uhh call your provider and tell them what happened. Could be a defect and they may swap it out for you.

i bought my bb second hand but i bought it new and this problem has only just happened

Yes, the cradle would charge it using the two gold posts that you see on the device.
