Alright I have been reading posts for the last hour trying to figure this out. I get me email through bis I guess. That's the one you use if you are not using a coparate email correct? First off I get all me emails correctly. I set up an account through my phone and I can access my email accounts.When I scroll down to the signature part I can only click on the "?". I do that and it says "HTTP Error 404 not found the page you are trying to load could not be found. Please try loading a different page" More reading of the forums and I found that I have to do it through the BIS website. Now here is my problem I can't sign on. I use the same sign on that I have to on my phone. It keeps saying to please check your info and try again. I ask to have my password sent to me and it's sent right away and it's the correct one. So my next thought is that they have my user name different. There is no way to have that sent to you so I'm stuck. Any ideas? Sorry about the long post I just wanted to give all the info I could. Thanks!!!

Dawg, Thanks for the link. I must be a moron because that still doesn't help me. I have already set up the user name and password through my phone. I think that's what the link you sent me shows. I'm probably wrong though....

nope still no go. I logged in through my phone and changed my password and I still can't log in

did you create a user name?

well originaly I did and now I can only change my password. I'm supposed to be in the email setting correct?

if yo cant recal username you will have to contact carrier to have it changed
