I haven't got any Email's on my Blackberry since Sunday afternoon...is there a outage?

Start with pulling your battery out for 30 seconds while your device is on.

Start with a hard reset (battery pull while the device is on). If that fails one of these should have you back in business in no time!

Thanks!! I did all the steps ...except #4....
I have two Email accounts...One a Gmail and one a Netsol...I can send out on both but I can't recieve on both from my Blackberry....

I cant find a link for this problem??

This was one of the symptoms of the sim card problem I was having. Internet worked and I could send emails but not with attatchments. I could not receive them either. The "data specialist" (she was cute, so I accepted the title) told me that if you dont turn your phone off on a regular basis you can mess up your sim card. If none of the reset, service books, re-reg solutions dont work, take it your authorized dealer and have them check the sim card.

I did the restart up again this morning and it worked!!
