Default Restarting when opening an email

Please Login to Remove!

This morning, my girlfriend mentioned an issue she has been having to me. This time it was not one of my many faults but a problem with her 8310. When she attempts to open her monthly bill summaries from T-Mobile the BB will restart as soon as she clicks on them.

It is an unlocked Rogers branded 8310 running 4.2.2.181 with 20mb of memory free. It has Empower pro 3.xxxx, some google apps, tubes2 NYC, Facebook App, Opera mini and berry search installed and a seidio 1500mAh stock size battery.

Once the BB resets the mailbox for a separate email account (not the one that recieved the T-Mobile email) is missing. There is some data activity and it then reappears.

I forwarded the offending email to myself and opened it on my iPhone :D only to find that it is just a body of links and text. No attachments or anything.

No clue...Could be the HTML app causing the issues...try removing the app and see what happens.

I had the same problem with one email. It was a Borders books email, that would reset my BB everytime.
Never figured it out, so I just don't open them on my 8320 anymore.

Hi Bryan,
It seems some technical issue and may require detailed or in-depth analysis. Can you pls write to us at [email address] with your RIM OS Version, and the full version of Empower HTML Pro installed on your device. We will take it from there. (Also do mention your screen-name ByranHarig there so that I will know its from you on BBF)

Thanks,
Ani.

I have basically the same problem with my 8320. When I am on the web my bb will restart randomly, most times when I click a link. It has also done it during a phone conversation. At this time, there are no third pary apps installed.
