Missing Bluetooth Icon
 

Ok so i recently upgraded from Verizon's 8703e to their new 8330 Curve model. I've already synced bluetooth to my car's hands free bluetooth BUT for some reason the bluetooth "On/Off" icon is still missing! I've tried reseting the phone and it's still missing. I have the "Set-up bluetooth" icon, but I'm missing the "On/Off" icon which obviously makes it SO much easier to switch it off and on real quick, especially during a call. Any ideas???

I've checked hidden icons, and it's not there. Also, I've went through the different themes to see if it's there as well, and again nothing :(

Some themes have it and some don't. Make sure that it's not hidden, too.
