Default Unable to connect using the current security settings

Hi all,

I just got a new VZW Curve and love it so far. The only problem is I am having problems connecting to certain sites using the web browser. For example, if I go to the mobile Google site and try to Sign In to my account I get the following error: "Unable to connect using the current security settings. Please contact your service provider."

I've tried with both the Blackberry Browser and Internet Browser. This also has occurred when I click on the Picasa link at Google and when I try to sign in to LinkedIn mobile. I can still get to other Google sites like search, news, etc.

I called Verizon and they were really no help -- didn't have any suggestions for me. Please let me know if you can be of any help. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem suddenly. I can't get to any site, though. Not even the default Verizon homepage. What a pain. I've had this thing for about ten hours now and I'm already having weird problems with it. That's not a good way to start!
