Wiping memory on an 8310??

Default Wiping memory on an 8310??

Quick and probably easy question here.. Ive got a refurb 8310 I need to return to AT&T here in the next couple of weeks..
I manually deleted all my pictures/ringtones/etc on it..

But the address book... Is there a quick way to just wipe it or do I have to delete all 120 or so entries one at a time by hand???

If you have all of the information that you need off the phone then Menu>Options>Security>General Settings>menu>Wipe Handheld

Man I KNEW it was going to be something simple like that haha!
I went through Options thinking 'Its gotta be here' but obviously didnt dig far enough into all of the options hehe!
