| Incomplete Address Book? Please Login to Remove! Hello,
I apologize if this is a new post, I just can't find the right keywords to locate the same problem I am having. Here it is:
First the specs: Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007, Public Folders, Desktop Manager 4.3, BB 8310.
Now: We have 15,000 contacts in our Public Folders, which sync to my BB 8310 via Desktop Manager. Everything was fine until one day I clicked Accept and didn't notice it cut my BB Address Book down to just over 10,000. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't my family and friends that weren't cut out, but, of course, it is.
So, what can I do? I don't receive any error messages. When the Desktop Manager runs a sync, it only reads 10,442 of 15,171 contacts. I've deleted and resent Svc books, cleared databases, renamed the Intellisync folder, removed the last contacts sync'd for corrupt possibilities, scanned the pst and ost files.
Any help would be most greatly appreciated.
