Default Corded headset or adapter for 8330

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Bluetooth headset, but I make a lot of work calls on it and I'm getting complaints about static or breaking. Besides the terrible stereo headset that comes with the phone, anyone know of a good corded headset that works with it?

If not, I have an old headset that works, but it is has a 2.5Mm connection. Is there an adapter that works with this model (to make it 3.5Mm)?

Thanks!

I've never had any issue with the included headset with my BB devices. Why is it so "terrible?"

Default Corded headset or adapter for 8330

The small earplug headset that comes with the phone falls out of my ear all of the time. I use it while driving as well and if I turn my head, I'm constantly trying to catch it. Additionally, I have a quieter voice and unless I'm yelling, I have to hold the mouthpiece up - which defeats the purpose in my mind.

It's just not very pratical. Any suggestions?

I picked up a Body Glove Stereo head set while in Maine recently. I bought them at BestBuy but strangely enough can't find them on their site. Here is a link so you can see what I am talking about.

Amazon.com: Body Glove Earglove Sport - 2.5mm Ear bud: Cell Phones & Service

The ear hooks can be removed altogether or swapped for one of the 3 colours (Grey, Black or White) hooks included. It comes with a 3.5mm adapter as well as they work very well; I use them quite a bit now.

They also come with 3 different size gel inserts and the tangle free cord is the best.

There are 2.5 to 3.5 adapters. If you can't find one, iphone compatible adapters work and are easier to search for.
