I hope this isn't a repeat thread, but I was wondering whether anyone else has been noticing a distinct lag when opening applications on the T-Mo Curve?
My company switched me to the 8320 from my 8800 and there's a big difference. When I open an application on my Curve, there's a second or two hesitation before it opens. Never had that on the 8800.

How much free memory do you have on the device?
Options > Status > File Free = ?
