Question DM/Synch Issue with new Curve

Please Login to Remove!

Recently switched from 8700 to Curve. Installed 4.2.2.14 Desktop manager. Worked for two weeks and now when attempting to configure advanced options in synch the field mapping on the Outlook side has no field names just a bunch of gibberish where the field names should be. Handheld side looks normal. Tried removing/reinstalling 4.2 no change. At synch launch it says ?????Intellisync????? and then I also get gibberish while synch is running when it shows what is being updated between Outlook and Handheld e.g. "the following changes will be applied to your |ae/E3/4a data in Microsoft Outlook". Happens on calendar and contacts. These aren't the actual characters - they appear more as symbols. Anyone else had this happen?
