I am having trouble sending files such as ring tones and video's. I have a Curve 8310 and I successfully linked up to my friends I-Phone and Curve 8330. When I try to send something it "fails" each and every time. Is there something else that I overlooked in order to send files via Bluetooth to another device?

Was this question really that difficult ?? I thought with all of the gifted people here , someone would have had an answer .

Are you using BlackBerry desktop manager to do the transfers?

No, it is from one phone (mine ) to another (friends ) .

Are you going into Media on the recepient and selecting "Receive via Bluetooth?"

Media ? Is that accessible in "options" ?

Under applications > Media > (hit your BlackBerry key) and select "Receive Using Bluetooth"

Thats BB to BB though, haven't tried sending to another device...
