What is it that makes us ask a question on this forum when the answer is on the best FAQ section I have ever seen? Whoever put this together should get a medal.

Many thanks. Bob F.

Wirelessly posted (my new touch button BB)

I think most people are unaware of the faq when they first come here.

Also I believe many aren't sure what they are looking for

And 3rd people want instant gratification many times it is quicker to ask than search

Agreed the FAQ is top notch

Thats why I always say they should have to read the FAQ before being able to post.

Quiz?

Might not be a bad idea!

That, or an acid test, like first post must be from the wap site.

I agree with EZ, most people are in a panic because there BB is messing up and they dont know what to do so they post a question on here looking for a instant answer, i think i did it when I first joined lol

The answer to many many questions are there, especially considering the top 10 questions asked around here.

But no harm, so many users here don't mind answering questions.

Contact, even if through an e-medium?

Looking for assurance of what they already know or think should do?

Well, even though I know where the search button is, I'll be frank here, I get a bit annoyed that I have to wait 20 seconds between each search. If I mispell, correct myself, press search wait 20 seconds. Type in a search that dosent contain all words, wait 20 seconds, I get this 4 or 5 times in a row needing a solution, I'll post up the question and have found members here to be nothing short of patient and helpful. Unless of course you get that one individual that can't pass up a chance to make one look stupid by telling someone else to do a search

I believe that most of the questions can be answered by looking at the faq, but if everyone could just read and get answers we wouldn't have such a great community. On this forum there have been many times where people are amazed by the response time. Or how people rally behind a great cause (dawg's new phone). People make this forum great. Yes there are members who are too lazy to look stuff up but there are great people who are there to answer questions and help where needed.
