Default Any protective case for a curve placed inside an OtterBox case ?

Please Login to Remove!

I got:
OtterBox Defender Series for BlackBerry Curve - ShopCrackBerry

Now I want another case to put the curve+OtterBox inside, like a leather case.
Any recommendations ?

I'm afraid the curve+OtterBox combo wont fit inside "standard" curve cases...

Ya good luck with that one its pretty bulky for a standard case. They do sell a belt clip for the Otter Box.

Sorry no other case fits inside the otterbox except the supplied membrane used to cover the keys and screen.

Edit: just reread it and you wanted a case to fit the OB in! You really don't need anything else as you know the OB has 3 layers of protection which is more than other cases provide!

The otterbox itself is a protective case. I doubt that you'll be able to find one. But good luck.

I'd tend to agree that the Otterbox needs something else. It's a great system, but the couple people I got one for here at work have asked if they had a model with the belt clip attached to the case. This is versus having to put the case IN another (belt clip) case. I am not aware of any such animal, other than perhaps gluing your own clip onto the case.

To each their own, if you like the OtterBox, cool. To me though, cases like that fall under the heading of "how to make your BlackBerry extremely ugly, in order to protect it from a few scratches that might make it a little bit ugly."

While I think the OB is pure ugliness and would never put one on my bb, I have to ask - doesn't this come with the holster and belt clip? If you have a protective case on your bb that has an integrated belt clip, every time the phone rings or you check messages, you'll be unclipping from your belt. Not only does it make it more difficult to do quickly, but can lead to serious premature wear and tear on the belt.

Yes obviously it comes with a holster and belt clip. I was merely suggesting an operational alternative. As was said; To each his own. This guy didn't care about premature wear and tear, as he didn't pay for it.

Edit: Yes I suppose he paid for his belt. But he didn't pay for the berry or the OB.

In any case (no pun intented), I would just go to a store and try a few different generic cases to see if your curve+ob fits well.
