Email Problem

I have a BES (not to be confused with BIZ) BlackBerry Enterprise Server that hosts my email contacts etc, the problem that i am running into is when i am sent a Voice Mail via Email, i can see the attachment size and type and its a relatively small and open-able extension on the file. But it wont open. Any thoughts??? :x
My device is the new-ish 8330.
Other than this small problem, i am officially blackberry hooked. I love my device.:smile:

Is this a company BES or a hosted BES?

I believe the BES needs to be at version 4.1 in order for you to be able to open .wav attachments on a Verizon device.

Oh yes, it is a verizon device. My company has a BES.

Additionally our BES is on version 4.1.4

You'll want to talk to your BES Admin then. They should be able to tell you if the attachment server on the BES has been setup so you can open and listen to .wav files.
