Default Unable to open attachements on BB Curve with Tmobile

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I am unable to open any attachements with my email , I do not get an open option when I highlight the attachment or (the even word attachment ), it just treats it as a word.

Please help .

Thanks

FYI , I tried with image/excel sheet (I have gridmagic as well)

hover your cursor over the file name, you don't need to select the filename.

press Menu > Open Attachment. Do you have that choice?

If not, you likely need the Attachment Service Book:

How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ

IF still nothing, you may need to update or upgrade your OS.

Have you followed the advice posted just above your earlier post, in this thread?
