my new BB curve less than 1 month wont charge on any of my chargers. car wall or usb. it just started last nite.. is this a software prob or is the phone bad

do a hard reset and see if that fixes anything. if it doesnt, it sounds like the USB port came undone.

this is of course assuming you checked the circuit breaker for the outlet you're using.

ther is 5. however a soft reset appears to have fixed it.. seems strange phone is less than a month old

im glad a soft reset fixed your problems. i just hope you backed up your information

if you've been installing and/or uninstalling a bunch of programs here and there, or making a lot changes to the settings, which is common for new users getting their new berry up and running, you can easily bork the OS if you dont perform a reset once in a while.

a reset is the only way to reliably activate certain changes to the settings as it may have to alter some things that are currently active. preventing "on the fly" changes to active applets increases OS stability.
