Hello, everybody, my wife just got a new BB, and she's wanting to switch over all of her contacts, etc. from the centro to the BB.. Is this possible, and if so, could someone explain...no matter how brief

Import contacts from Centro to a PIM. Install Desktop Manager and synch contacts from PIM to the BB. If the contacts are already on a PIM, just install Desktop Manager and configure synch!

Good Luck!

I had a treo and prevously synched with palm desktop. for some reason the device wizard was greyed out. I had to put the palm cd back in and it asked me if I wanted to synch with palm or outlook. I chose outlook and then had no problems synching the outlook data to the curve

I switched from a Palm T|X to an 8330. The device import was grayed out so I had to install the Palm Desktop to the same PC with my Outlook 2007, synched my T|X to the PIM, imported my tasks, memos, contacts, and tasks from the Palm Desktop to the B Desktop Manager, and then synched my BB.

Kind'a convoluted since it was supposed to be seemless but it worked with no loss of data in 400+ contacts, 100+ tasks, and other various items that I had in my Palm.
