Default Opera Mini 4.1-WiFi!

Please Login to Remove!

I just got my curve replaced, and as i was reloading and changing the settings on OM 4.1, i noticed a checkbox that says wifi. dont know if anyone ese actually noticed this, as everything i knew about opera mini 4.1 stated that it DIDNT work on wifi. I dont have wifi at home, but will try it somewhere else. just thought i'd share this-if its old news please disregard

Yea it was noted in this thread:
Opera Mini 4.1 Released

It's funny that they didn't tout the wi-fi on the features page. *shrug*

Apparently it doesn't switch back to EDGE when you are not on wi-fi so you have to manually unset the wifi button. It's probably work in progress still.

Huh I didn't even notice it doesn't switch back...I have wifi at home and at work and I only use email and jivetalk and google maps while driving....lol safety first!
