Welcome to the BBForums.

That symbol indicates no battery. Either you have not placed it back in the housing correctly, or the battery is dead. Before any drastic measures, plug the device in a charger for a couple hours, AFTER making certain you have inserted the battery completely and correctly.

Battery was full right before this happened. It was plugged in to my pc with usb , then i just unplugged it and it went straight in to that screen. Now when i take the battery out and put it in , the phone automatically comes on and goes to that screen.

Wipe and reload the OS.

Good luck.

Well good to hear, sounds like you battery was not in correctly in the first place.
