My wife just got her new curve(slightly used). Whenever she gets a message it does not make a sound. Her profile is set to normal, and she even set it to loud, and still, it vibrates. Only vibrates. I've searched around in her phone, but I can't find a way to make it make any noise whatsoever when a message comes through. Any body know why or have any suggestions?? TIA!

You might want to look at the profile settings as well. If they're set the way they were out-of-the-box then Normal should make noise. If not, they'll need some adjusting.
