Default Bluetooth Sync

Please Login to Remove!

Any advice on the usage of desktop manager Bluetooth with BB? Not seem able to do it as desktop manager can’t locate the my BB 8320.

Basically my problem with Bluetooth sync is that I canxxx8217;t connect to my laptop with any sync services, I got no problem with Bluetooth file transfer to my BB but not desktop sync. When I look at the options -> services, I donxxx8217;t see any xxx8220;desktop sync servicexxx8221; or any that allow me to perform desktop syncxxx8230;any idea?

Check out the tech support section at Blackberry.com. There's a document that details the steps in getting this set up. I suspect that you aren't using the MS bluetooth driver for the adapter on your PC.

I tried to follow the document from the Blackberry.com, I did uninstall 3rd party Bluetooth drive successfully and only MS Bluetooth driver leftxxx8230;.but still not able perform Bluetooth sync. When I look at the options -> services, nothing is there at all (no services) unlike previously using 3rd part Bluetooth I still able see some other servicesxxx8230;.any idea why and how?

I am having the same problem. I don's think that I have the needed services to connect to the desktop manager..?
