Default Where/Which Desktop Manager

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB8310 AT&T. Want to put a media card in for music. Also, I have never loaded Desktop Manager...in fact I've lost the disk.

Where/which version of Desktop Manager can I download? What type/size of media card should I get? I use iTunes and only want to load 150-200 songs.

Any advice is appreciated.

Will the desktop manager take my contacts and calendar from outlook and place them on the handheld?

Yes, it will. You have to use Desktop Manager's Synchronize tool.

Tasks can also be synced into your BB.

That was a pic from google images. I myself downloaded 4.3.0.7 Under the Alltel link from the blackberry FAQ page. I am trying to make sure that I can hit the ground running when my curve arrives via UPS. It is a used device with only the charger and sync cable. No manual, box or software. After 6 years on palm and PPC I am bracing for a confusing learning curve.

All BB's use the same DM. However, as Dawg said, 4.2 SP2 is the most reliable. Roxio's Media Manager is really the biggest problem with later versions IMO.
