I just recently purchased a Curve and have never owned a Blackberry before. I have had several friends try to send me picture mail and it goes through on their end. However, I never receive anything. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you!

Do you have a BB dataplan on your acct?

I have a friend who sent me a picture from his cell phone to my email address at work and my 8830 can't see the attachment to open the picture, I'm on BES. I can see it in my email though. Anyone know why that is? Thanks.
