Default Trouble loading New OS

Please Login to Remove!

I went exactly by the instructions. When the upgrade box came up and it asks to upgrade, I click on update now. The box closes and nothing happens. Have any idea what's going on? I have the 8310 curve.

Did you install the OS on your PC. Not just download it? After the install did you locate and delete the vendor.xml file? I think you might have missed one of those steps....

I deleteed the OS 4.5 and reinstalled it. Removed the vendor.xml file. Still does the same thing.

Wirelessly posted (8310; The Juggernaut)

Is your BlackBerry connected and Desktop Manager open during the OS download and install to the PC? Close DM and disconnect the BlackBerry. Now reconnect and open DM.
