Default Sms Voice Messaging

Please Login to Remove!

408-970-0000 I know the nextel hybrid did it.. but i was wondering could we have our phone set to do this also. Sometimes I get tired of typing and rather leave a voice sms text and send it. Thoughts? The number I posted actually gets in your inbox to set it up I guess.

Do you not have an icon that says, "Send Voice Note?" Sometimes me and my wife communicate that way. It shows up as an MMS message and not a text though.

Mine came with it. Do you have the BlackBerry data plan? Check and make sure that you haven't hidden it also.

I'm not sure. I didn't have to do anything to mine to get it to work. Do you have the BlackBerry data plan added? If not, this might not work.

After finishing the voice note, click the menu key and there should be an options to "Send as MMS." Clicking that will bring up your address book and you should be able to send it. Unless you don't have the data plan, in which case you can't send or recieve MMS messages.

MMS stand for Multimedia Message. That goes for all phone, not just the BlackBerry.
