I work third shift and I want to set the calendar day to begin at 4pm and end at 10am. The BB doesn't like this and auto sets the day to end at 5pm. Is there any workaround with this calendar issue?

You can alter the start and end time for each 'day', but, unfortunately, you appear to be limited to one 'calendar' day - 00:00 to 23:59. I don't see a way to create a day that 'wraps' a calendar day. But then again, I don't expect that you can accomplish what you desire in Outlook, Lotus Notes or any desktop app, either. Sorry.

I also work a "third" or "graveyard" shift and even though Fonejunkie is correct about the 'calendar' day issue, you can 'wrap' an appointment. For example, you can start something at 11p.m. and end it at 2a.m. This seems to work for me... hope it can work out for ya!

Try creating a recurrence of your shift each day and labeling it as free ... it should display the appointment.
