Can someone tell me how to update my OS?

I saw the stickies, but I dont see telcel carrier there. Any Alternatives I can take?

and finally what does the new OS that just came out do?

if you have an 8300 and as long as the OS is for the 8300, then it doesnt matter at all what carrier you have. just follow the instructions in the post and you will be able to update your OS

Which one? there seem to be like 3 of the same ones.

The OSs listed in the Sticky Notes are all released by RIM, no longer in BETA once released by a carrier. But you want the OS for the 8300 which is 4.2...
