Default Desktop Mgr Won't Recogize Organizers

DM 4.2.2.14 -- I synch my 8310 to Lotus Organizer 6 on my Windows XP computer. Everything worked fine, until my organizer file got corrupted, and I loaded some anti-virus software (TrendMicro AV). I reloaded Org 6.1, Desktop Manager, and set up user accounts for added security. Now, Desktop Manager will not allow Synch Configuration to recognize any organizers except Outlook Express, ASCII, and Yahoo, although Org 6, Outlook, and some others are listed as selections. When they are selected, the "OK" button greys out. Any clues?
BTW, I tried the upgrade when I first bought the BB, but it would not synch with Lotus Organizer, so I have kept this version.
