Email sound issues

I recently changed jobs. I installed Desktop Manager and sync'ed my phone. I also setup my new email to BIS. After syncing i am not getting any sounds to my newly created work email. I am getting sounds to my gmail. Any ideas whats going on. THanks.

You can edit each email address in each of your Profiles.

Yup -- each email address has its own alert. Have you set the alert for your non-gmail account?
