so i downgraded from 4.5 beta to 4.2.194, it frooze had to disconnect and reconnect the berry and reconnect. i tried again and got an error message but when i tried again it said no action required. then the berry had a white screen said app set error reset and then i reloaded the os again and it said no action required.

now im tryin to do a restore to get my messages, themes, and contactts back in the restore im supposed to delete something under advanced options right? anybody know what it is?

If you're just restoring your data back to the device there is nothing to "delete." Simply restore the backup file. You won't get any downloaded themes back, though, using that backup file. It doesn't include that info.
