Default Outlook Calendar Issue - Need Help

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Guys,
Thanks in advance for any help on this one.

Our of my end-users is having problems with her calendar on her BB – when she modifies any calendar entry and saves the changes, the changes are not sent to the other attendee’s or to her desktop.

Also, if she tries to create a new appointment on the BB and add attendee’s, she is brought to the BB Address Book but she cannot select any attendee’s to add - instead, she sees their address book entry.

I have killed and rebuilt the device twice and checked all wireless sync settings – no joy.

Also, called the provider - they see no problems on here end.

Anyone ever encounter this before?

Is this on BES? You didn't really specify. I'd guess yes from the context of your message but it would help to have all info for proper troubleshooting.

So it's not performing a GAL lookup? Are you sure that her Enterprise Activation (again, assuming this is a BES environment) is completing properly?

Is she using BIS at all?

Hi There,

Apologies for the lack of info...

Yes, we are running in a BES environment.

Enterprise activation is 100% complete everytime...
